Our fee includes the patient's pre-operative evaluation, surgery, initial medications, and post-operative care at Coal Harbour Eye Centre. Also included is the Coal Harbour Lifetime Commitment policy. For more details on this policy please refer to the Lifetime Commitment section of this site. Payment for all surgeries are due and payable on the surgery day.
A $300.00 non-refundable booking fee is required when scheduling your surgical date. This fee is refundable if patient is not a candidate. This procedure is non-taxable. Should you need to reschedule your appointments, we require 48 hours advanced notice.
